Российский премьер-министр Владимир Путин назвал «хулиганством» финансовую политику США после того, как агентство Standard & Poor понизило прогноз на кредитный рейтинг страны.

«Мы видим, что у наших друзей в США не все в порядке», - отметил премьер. «А что касается того, что у США все хорошо – то посмотрите на их долг, но они станок включили, гособлигации скупают — а это прямое финансирование правительства за счет печатного станка — и раскидывают на всю долларовую зону, т. е. на весь мир»,», – объяснял Путин. «У нас возможности так хулиганить нет».
Критика Путина в сторону США за дополнительную эмиссию долларов, за что также критиковали России в период гиперинфляции в 90-х годах, расходится с мнением многих официальных российских лиц, которые уверены, что в Штатов нет другой альтернативы, и отказались обсуждать вероятное сокращение национальных сбережений в долларах.
После Китая и Японии, Россия располагается на третьем месте по уровню иностранных запасов с большей частью американского долга. Так или иначе, Россия заметно сократила свой запас облигаций Минфина США за последние несколько месяцев, согласно данным министерства.

Путин раскритиковал резолюцию СБ ООН по Ливии, назвав ее "неполноценной и ущербной". "Она разрешает всем предпринимать все, любые действия в отношении суверенного государства. [...] Это мне напоминает средневековый призыв к крестовому походу, когда кто-то призывал кого-то идти в определенное место и чего-то освобождать", - заявил премьер.

Кроме того, он охарактеризовал политику США по вмешательству в конфликты в других странах как устойчивую тенденцию, в которой нет ни совести, ни логики. В связи с этим премьер вспомнил то, как во время президентства Билла Клинтона шла бомбежка Белграда, а во время президентства Джорджа Буша-старшего и Джорджа Буша-младшего - Ирака и Афганистана.
Путин подчеркнул, что правительство РФ не занимается внешнеполитическими вопросами, однако у него есть личное мнение по поводу происходящего в Ливии. По его словам, ни по одному параметру ливийский режим не подходит под критерии демократической страны, но это "не значит, что кому-то позволено вмешиваться во внутриполитический конфликт, даже вооруженный, извне, защищая одну из сторон".

In an address to a group of pro-Kremlin youths attending a summer camp north of Moscow on Monday, Putin accused the US of acting like a “parasite” by accumulating tremendous debts that have jeopardized global markets, AFP reported.

“The country is living in debt. It is not living within its means, shifting the weight of responsibility on other countries and in a way acting as a parasite,” Putin said.

If Russian prime minister Putin's recent description of America as "a parasite on the world" was reported by the US media, little doubt but that most Americans were infuriated. We are the virtuous people. Without us good guys to police the world there would be mayhem and wars everywhere, not merely the ones we started in the Middle East, Asia, and North Africa. Without the American white hats people everywhere would be starving and dying from natural disasters. It is us chosen ones who provide the rescue operations and good deeds. How dare the former KGB monster to slander our country!...
So, we can begin to see what Putin means. If the Americans are irresponsible with their monetary policy, if American banks have loans and credit default swaps to threatened European banks that require bailouts from the European Central Bank in order to protect the US banks as well as the solvency of the European private banks, if the price of oil, which is priced in dollars, goes up to the rest of the world because of US monetary irresponsibility, the entire world suffers from the Americans' inability or unwillingness to put their house in order.
If anything, Putin understated the burden that America is on the world.

People here are not suffering to the degree that is felt in Somalia or the Wars in the Middle East. we are painfully aware that we are just slaves with nicer looking quarters and gruel at the lower caste level. We also know that if we step out of line,our government has a closer proximity if they have the desire to snap our collective necks.

The Bretton-Woods standard was backed by gold but, it depended on the honor system. It failed because France was gaming the forex markets, playing the arbitrage game and accumulating dollars. When France went to the Gold Window, Nixon had to shut the window to keep Fort Knox from being busted. That ended the gold standard and sent us into the petro-dollar. We are currently in the abyss of derivative-dollars and no place to go in the current debt-usury paradigm.

Anyone who have a slight knowledge of history, or even current events would say that US has tried to topple any Middle Eastern regime which tries to trade oil without dollar. Notice Iraq was planning to trade with Euros? Notice Libya was planning to trade with Gold? Coincidence? No, just the way US runs the world.

Our brave president, Dr. Ahmadinejad has also explained before about how US by dominance of Dollar and issuing fake dollars (without support) and injecting it to global economy shifts its problems to other countries.I hope other world leaders recognize the necessity of changing this system.

In five years time around one third of the worlds trade is expected to be done using the RMB. The Euro will survive the current crisis. The world needs another group of countries to all use the same currency. In five years time we need to have a world that has around six currencies that are used for trade. We need to stop having to buy oil in US dollars.

Putin has voiced what every one knows, the concept of US debt and mismanagement is to finally default in the same way as British default of 1914 plunging the world into world wars eventually sapping the British empire. The question now is , what is the world prepared to do about it , every one knows the cause and effect , but what is the remedy? stop using USD as reserve currency and make way for SDR.

The U.S has been looting and plundering the third world for the last sixty years. It has waged more than a hundred wars since world war two, to protect the interests of the wealthy few and the big multinational corporations, who want to maximize their profits at the expense of everyday. Thats how Neoliberalism manage to rule the U.S for the last sixty years, waging war all over the globe on behalf of the rich, under a false facade of freedom and democracy.

The US should stop its military adventurism abroad and its irrational support of Israel which is a parasite within a parasite. Obviously, austerity measures at the expense of the poor public is a quick fix.

During the rise and fall of the U.S. Empire it has invaded and occupied six nations: Haiti, Cuba, Japan, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan. And in each nation it established a rich ruling class, a competition based capitalist economy, and a government that can best be described as a democratic dictatorship that enslaves the lower half of society. So, as to who is the parasite and who is the victim, this all depends on the class your born into.

Dr. Ahmadinejad has said all these in details long time ago. Dollar does not have any more value it is just piece of a T.paper.Iran,Russia and Turkey must sit and make one common currency,looks like this was another suggestion.
